The Handyman keeps the compound's systems working. This is a multi-skilled role covering first-line electrical, plumbing, pumps, routine pool dosing and first-line AC checks, carried out to written procedures with before-and-after photo evidence.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Multi-skilled handymen to keep a residential compound's power, water, and systems working. The work is on rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Carry out electrical repairs: bulbs, sockets, fittings, and fault-finding.
- Carry out plumbing and water work: leaks, taps, pumps and tanks.
- Handle routine pool dosing and first-line AC checks.
- Complete assigned jobs with before-and-after photos, and assist visiting contractors.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
