Job Description

John Dennys Contractors, LLC is looking for a skilled, reliable, and experienced Handyman to join our growing construction and remodeling team.

We are seeking a motivated individual with hands-on experience in residential repairs, renovations, and general construction. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, solve problems efficiently, and deliver high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform general home repairs, maintenance, and remodeling.
• Complete basic plumbing repairs and installations.
• Perform carpentry work, including framing, trim, doors, and molding.
• Handle basic electrical repairs and installations where legally permitted.
• Assist with kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodeling projects.
• Install and repair drywall, flooring, and other construction materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete assigned projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous handyman or general construction experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable personal transportation (own vehicle).
• Must own basic construction tools and equipment necessary to perform assigned work.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical work is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be dependable, punctual, professional, and responsible.
• Ability to perform physically demanding construction tasks safely.
