Job Title: Handyman / Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)
Location: Santa Monica/Los Angeles, CA
Company: Westside Property Management, Inc.
Pay: $22–$27/hr (DOE) + Semi-Monthly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am-5pm | Occasional Weekend and On-Call Work

T2 Construction Inc., an affiliate of Westside Property Management Inc. is looking for a skilled and dependable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. We manage a portfolio of residential properties across the Westside of Los Angeles and pride ourselves on high-quality work, great communication, and fast response times.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete general maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and fix maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner
• Interact with tenants respectfully and represent the company with professionalism
• Use our app (AppFolio) to receive jobs, document work, and communicate with dispatch
• Purchase and manage small materials for jobs (reimbursed or company card provided)
• Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas

What You Need:

• 3+ years of handyman or general maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of painting, drywall, and general construction
• A reliable work vehicle and your own tools
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Tech-savvy enough to use a smartphone for job management
• Valid driver's license and insurance

Nice to Have:

• Experience using AppFolio or other work order systems
• Background in residential property maintenance
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
