Handyman / Facility Mantenance

Civil Engineering & General Building Contractor seeking a Carpenter/Handyman for facility maintenance construction work in industrial plants and residential sites around Cork. Experience required.

General Duties;

• Permits

• Repairs / Maintenance of doors/ windows.

• 1st and 2nd fix carpentry

• Groundworks

• Concrete

• Fencing Repairs.

• Roofing Repairs

• Plumbing repairs.

• Drainage unblocking.

• Underground works, trenching, manholes.

• Concrete works - blockwork and plastering.

• Asphalt

• Shuttering formwork.

• Minor Steel fixing.

Safe pass and Manual handling required.

CSCS and other training an advantage.

East Cork area with some other works around Cork County

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €24.00-€26.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Midleton, County Cork: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Construction: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Manual Handling Certificate (preferred)
• Safe Pass (required)
• Carpenter Trade Cert. (preferred)
