Duties

• Perform general repairs including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting to maintain property integrity
• Install fixtures, doors, windows, and other hardware with accuracy and care
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed
• Communicate clearly with clients or team members regarding project status and technical details
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes at all times

Requirements

experience in handyman services or related maintenance roles

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters
• Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, or manuals for installations and repairs
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to clients or team members
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license preferred; reliable transportation is a plus
