Pay Range

$16.00-$24.00/HR. Pay is Weekly and Based on experience.

38 Hours Expected Weekly!

What you’ll do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, and equipment to ensure optimal functionality
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct repairs in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical problems and ensure safety standards are met
• Assist in the installation of new equipment or fixtures as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects efficiently and effectively
• Document completed work and report any additional maintenance needs

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance person services or general labor roles
• Strong understanding of basic electrical and plumbing systems
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Must Have Driver Liscense

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with using an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics
• Previous experience in construction or facility maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tasks
