Handyman/Gardener

About the role

The Maintenance Technician role includes works across a broad range of areas. You will be practical, reliable, and enjoy being part of a great team, with a mix of outdoor work, problem solving, and keeping sites looking their best.

Key responsibilities

• General carpentry and cabinetry
• Wall fixtures - TVs, shelving, cupboards
• Small patching and painting
• Locks - basic install and repairs
• Small tiling repairs
• General property maintenance

About you

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Handyman/Maintenance role
• Broad Handyman/maintenance knowledge and skill set
• Own hand tools
• Own steel cap footwear
• Ability to use smartphone to access the job management system
• Current manual driver's licence
• Construction – White/Blue Card
• Be willing to undergo a Police Check
• Hold (or willing to obtain) a Working with Children Blue Card
