What they need
Purpose Statement
To assist the Maintenance Supervisor with the day-to-day maintenance, repairs and upkeep of the Club's buildings, clubhouse, facilities, general infrastructure and ensuring that all areas remain safe, functional & well presented.
The Handyman is expected to be hands-on, reliable and proactive, assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the Club's facilities and infrastructure to a high standard.
Education (Formal Qualification Required)
Minimum
- Grade 12 / Matric preferred.
- Basic practical skills in plumbing, carpentry, painting and general maintenance.
Legal Requirements (e.g. Driver’s License, etc.) / Professional Registrations (if any)
Detail
- Valid Driver’s License advantageous
Experience (Minimum Experience Required - type and number of years)
Minimum
- Previous handyman, maintenance, building or general repair experience advantageous.
Ideal
- Basic electrical knowledge advantageous, but electrical work must only be undertaken where authorised and appropriately qualified.
Pay: R5 895,00 per month
