We are hiring a real-life "MacGyver" (Facilities Handyman) to help manage our 20-storey building and support our mission.
​The Role
​We are looking for a multi-talented, resourceful handyman to oversee daily maintenance and keep our building running smoothly. If you can fix just about anything with creativity, practical skill, and a good toolkit, this is the job for you!
​Daily Tasks: Bulb replacements, tap/faucet fixes, basic plumbing, and minor structural repairs.
​Problem Solving: Troubleshooting unexpected building issues efficiently.
​Basic Admin: Using a computer to log work requests, track inventory, and communicate with the team.
​Requirements
​Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on maintenance/handyman experience.
​Tech Literacy: Basic computer skills (email, simple maintenance logs/forms).
​Mindset: Highly resourceful, proactive, and dependable.
