Hard Landscape Foreman

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hard landscape (minor civil works, paving works, and associated works).

• Plan and coordinate daily work activities.

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to program.

• Maintain high-quality workmanship across all hard landscaping elements.

• Coordinate plant, materials, subcontractors, and deliveries.

• Complete site documentation, toolbox talks, and daily reports.

• Liaise with clients’ representative, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial construction industry. (Tier 1 project experience will be an advantage)

• Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman.

• Strong knowledge of hard landscaping, including:

  • Concrete works
  • Paving and stone installation
  • Retaining walls
  • Kerbs and edging
  • Street furniture installation
  • Drainage and civil landscape works
  • White Card (essential).
  • MR Licence, plant tickets, and First Aid (will be an advantage).
