Hard Money Loan Processor

We specialize in private money lending, hard money loans, bridge loans, cash-out refinances, and real estate investment financing. We are looking for someone who can manage loan files efficiently, communicate with lenders and borrowers, and help get deals funded quickly.

Job Responsibilities

• Process hard money and private money loan applications from start to funding.
• Collect and review borrower documentation, including mortgage statements, credit reports, title reports, and property information.
• Coordinate with private lenders, escrow companies, title companies, and loan officers.
• Submit complete loan packages to lenders for approval.
• Track loan conditions, clear outstanding requirements, and ensure timely closings.
• Assist with loan structuring, including LTV calculations and property valuations.
• Maintain accurate loan files and provide regular updates to borrowers and management.
• Handle multiple loan files simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage processing, hard money lending, or private lending preferred.
• Familiarity with real estate transactions, escrow, title, and loan documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with private lenders and brokers is a plus.
