Hardlandscapping Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the watering, weeding, blocking and sweeping in the section

Assist in the moving of hard heavy goods.

Feeding of plants (where applicable).

Assisting with displays

Cleanliness of the rubbish bins

Trim and remove stock of low standards to be written off or discounted.

Removing of any obstacles in pathways i.e. hosepipes, trolleys etc.

Assist customers with heavy objects or trolleys

Refer customer to the relevant department’s salesperson or information centre

Maintain good customer relations like smiling and greeting each customer

Perform any other tasks as required by Senior Management to ensure the continued smooth operation of the company and to meet the company aim of high standards and high customer service.

CRITERIA NEEDED:

Willing to work weekends and Public Holidays

Friendly, helpful and customer orientated

Perform well under pressure

Must be able to follow instructions

Must have good communications skills

Team player
