Job Summary

GoGreen Outdoor Living & Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman to join our growing team!

We specialize in high-quality outdoor living spaces, including paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, walkways, steps, and custom landscape installations.

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and experienced leader who takes pride in their craftsmanship and can efficiently manage a crew from start to finish.

This is a hands-on leadership position. The ideal candidate will have strong hardscape installation experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to keep projects organized, productive, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a hardscape installation crew. Oversee projects from initial layout through final completion. Install paver patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, steps, and outdoor living features. Read and understand project plans, measurements, elevations, and grades. Properly prepare and compact aggregate bases. Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and other construction equipment. Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily crew assignments. Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship. Ensure projects are completed efficiently and within estimated labor hours. Train and develop crew members. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite. Communicate effectively with management and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of hardscape installation experience preferred.
• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of paver installation, retaining walls, grading, drainage, and base preparation.
• Experience operating skid steers and excavators.
• Ability to read measurements, use lasers, and establish proper elevations.
• Ability to manage employees and maintain jobsite productivity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor construction work.
• Dependable, professional, and motivated to succeed.

Pay: $27.50 - $35.00 per hour
