Hardscaper

Ill just keep it simple, no BS

We build driveways and patios out of stone, it’s hard work.

We have a great group of guys that like to have fun, and we pay well.

We work April to October, right now we have too much work - we are looking for a few guys to help out now until end of October

If you have experience, I will hire you over a guy with no experience

If you will return in April, I will hire you over a guy who will not.

We want people that are willing to take a few extra steps, and we want to weed out the people that don’t pay attention or are just mass applying to jobs. For this reason, all candidates must film a one minute video as their application. They may attach a resume or any additional info if they want. The video must be sent as an email to

In the video, candidates are asked to answer these questions:

Introduce yourself, include:

Name, years of experience doing interlock, years of experience in construction

What was the best part about your last job, and what was the worst part?

If you get done faster than expected, would you rather have more time off or more money?

What is our company colour?

Where do you want to be in 3 years?

Anything else you would like to mention?

I will respond to everyone who sends in a video

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
