Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Hardware & Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones, and end-user devices. The ideal candidate should have excellent troubleshooting skills and be capable of supporting users in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops
• Provide L1/L2 support for end users
• Diagnose and repair hardware issue
• Install and configure printers, scanners, and peripheral device
• Install operating systems, drivers, and software applications
• Configure Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Support Active Directory user management
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and Wi-Fi issues
• Support IP phones and video conferencing systems
• Perform hardware upgrades and preventive maintenance
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty and hardware replacements
• Support antivirus, endpoint security, and patch management
• Handle user tickets within SLA

Required Skills

• Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting
• Microsoft Office and Outlook support
• Active Directory basics
• Basic networking concepts – IP, DNS, DHCP
• Printer troubleshooting
• Hardware assembly and diagnostics
• Remote support tools
• Good communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred
• Microsoft certification is an advantage
