Hardware & Network Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer / IT Support Engineer to manage our office IT infrastructure, including internet connectivity, network switches, systems, hardware, and firewall configuration. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and ensuring smooth, secure, and uninterrupted IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage internal office internet connectivity, LAN, Wi-Fi, and network switches.

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewall-related issues.

Maintain office desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and computer peripherals.

Troubleshoot network connectivity, system performance, and hardware issues.

Monitor network performance and coordinate with ISPs for internet-related problems.

Manage IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and basic network security.

Maintain IT inventory, system configurations, backups, and technical documentation.

Provide technical support to employees and resolve day-to-day IT issues.

Ensure network security, system updates, and smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and DHCP.

Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.

Strong Knowledge of firewall configuration, VPN, access control, and security policies.

Experience in desktop support, hardware maintenance, and operating system troubleshooting.

Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.

2years plus of relevant experience in network administration and IT support.

CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or relevant certifications will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
