Hardware & Network - IT Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the calling system/dialer.
• Create and manage employee login IDs.
• Give call access to employees.
• Check whether the dialer is working properly.
• Monitor employee call status.
• Add or remove users from the calling system.
• Solve basic calling system problems.
• Check call reports and records.
• Support employees when they have calling issues.
• Coordinate with the technical team if there is a major problem.
• Maintain basic records of users and systems.

Pay: ₹15,498.96 - ₹20,312.04 per month
