- Laptop and desktop allocation for new employees after complete system preparation.
- Formatting and installation of Windows, drivers, and required software.
- Outlook and Microsoft 365 configuration.
- TM SID/User ID creation and account setup.
- Microsoft Excel and other required application installations.
- Hardware troubleshooting and repair coordination.
- Asset allocation, tracking, and inventory management.
- Resolving day-to-day hardware and IT support tickets.
- Preventive maintenance of laptops, desktops, and other IT assets.
- Assisting employees with hardware and software-related issues.
