Role Overview

We are hiring a senior Electronics Hardware Engineer (6?8 years experience) for the Improvement & Support (I&S)
team, responsible for post-release product support, issue resolution, and enhancements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand system-level hardware design and requirements

• Investigate production and field failures

• Perform root cause analysis and drive solutions

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams

• Handle component obsolescence and supply chain challenges

• Identify alternate components and validate replacements

• Perform circuit, module, and system-level testing

• Work on schematics, simulations, BOM, and PCB reviews

• Implement design changes through ECO processes

• Develop new features and ensure regulatory compliance

• Support production testing, fixtures, and tools development

• Coordinate cross-functional execution within timelines

Qualifications & Experience

• BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, or related field

• 6?8 years experience in hardware design

Technical Skills

• Strong analog and digital electronics fundamentals

• Microcontrollers / Microprocessors understanding

• Power systems (DC-DC converters, LDOs)

• Communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, RS232, USB)

• Component selection and circuit design expertise

• Experience with lab tools (Oscilloscope, DMM, etc.)

• Knowledge of PCB production and testing processes

• Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies

• Good collaboration and teamwork skills

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Circuit simulation tools (LTSpice or similar)

• EMI/EMC testing knowledge

• Understanding of production, regulatory, and standards

• Project management and estimation experience
