Hardware Field Sales Representative (Megaweld Welding Rods)

• Mindoro: Based in Calapan (Warehouse and Staff House Available)

About the Role

• We are looking for experienced and results-driven Hardware Field Sales Representatives to expand the market presence of Megaweld Welding Rods.
• This is a field-based sales role focused on order taking and booking from retail hardware stores. No collection responsibilities are required.
• If you already have strong relationships with hardware store owners and enjoy building long-term business partnerships, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail hardware stores within your designated territory.
• Promote and secure orders for Megaweld Welding Rods.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Submit daily sales reports through Viber.
• Use the company's Field Sales Monitoring App for customer visits and reporting.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Assigned Areas

Mindoro

• Based in Calapan
• Orders are delivered via accredited trucking services from Manila.

Qualifications

• At least 2–5 years of Field Sales experience, preferably in the hardware, construction materials, industrial supplies, or welding industry.
• Must have an existing network and strong relationships with retail hardware stores within the assigned territory.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly driven.
• Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
• Must be willing to install and actively use Viber and the company's Field Sales Monitoring App.

Performance Expectations

• Successful candidates will undergo a 5-day field evaluation.
• During the evaluation period, candidates are expected to generate actual customer orders beginning on the first day of field work. Consistent sales performance is expected throughout the evaluation and probationary period.

Travel & Field Support

Out-of-Town or Overnight Assignments

• ₱200 daily meal subsidy
• Fuel reimbursement
• Hotel accommodation or permanent transient lodging, when applicable

Expense Reimbursement

Business expenses must be submitted through:

• Company's Mobile Expense Request App
• Viber

Requirements:

• Clear photo of the official receipt.
• Handwritten receipts will not be accepted.

What We Do Not Provide

• Daily meal allowance for regular local field work within your assigned residential area.
