Hardware Installer(NWA)

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hardware Installer to join our team. This role focuses on installing hardware in new and existing residential homes, ensuring high-quality workman ship and attention to detail. This ideal candidate has experience with doors, cabinets, and interior hardware and takes pride in clean, precise installations.

Duties

• Install residential hardware including:
• Interior and exterior door hardware (handle sets, levers, knobs, hinges, deadbolts)
• Cabinet Hardware(knobs, pull, hinges)
• Kitchen and bathroom hardware
• Read and interpret work orders, plans, and hardware schedules
• Accurately measure, drill, and align hardware for proper fit and function
• Ensure all installations meet quality standards and manufacture specifications
• Protect finished surfaces and maintain a clean job site
• Identify and report and material shortages, damages, or installation issues
• Communicate professionally with projects managers, builders and homeowners
• Perform minor adjustments or correction as needed

Requirements

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and craftmanship
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders as needed
• Experience installing residential hardware preferred

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
