Hardware/ IoT Sales Manager

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Embedded Systems, Industrial Automation, Electronics Product Development, and IIoT solutions
• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, exhibitions, email campaigns, and outbound sales activities
• Build relationships with OEMs, product companies, startups, system integrators, and manufacturing organizations
• Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, customer meetings, technical discussions, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions
• Promote RHIA''s engineering services, embedded solutions, industrial automation products, smart sensors, industrial controllers, and custom hardware development capabilities
• Manage customer accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and strategic partnerships
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information using CRM tools
• Represent RHIA at industrial exhibitions, technology events, and customer meetings.
