Hardware Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the promotion and sales of hardware and general merchandise in the Kisumu region, work to achieve the company's set sales targets
2. Develop and maintain long-term stable cooperative relationships with local retailers, bulk clients and industry partners, continuously expand the local customer base
3. Investigate and sort out local market demand, competitor dynamics and customer feedback, and provide timely information support for the team to adjust sales strategies
4. Handle daily customer inquiries, order coordination and after-sales problem solving to ensure high customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

1. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree, relevant working experience in hardware and general merchandise industry is preferred
2. Familiar with the local consumer market in Kisumu, existing local customer resources in the hardware industry is required.
3. Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a clear result-oriented sense of responsibility
4. Able to work independently to adapt to the daily needs of local business development
