Hardware Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person visits for hardware-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware problems using specialized tools and software.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
• Document customer interactions, diagnoses, and resolutions in a timely manner.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in computer hardware support or related field.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and their functions.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
