8.Basic Auto Electrical Knowledge: Understanding of vehicle wiring, battery, ignition, and fuse systems.

9.Device Configuration Tools: Familiarity with configuration apps, web portals, and SMS command tools for various GPS brands.

10.Mobile Apps Usage: Ability to operate diagnostic and tracking apps for real-time verification.

11.Knowledge of GPS Technology: Understanding of GNSS systems, data transmission (GPRS, LTE), and GPS antenna placement.

Job Description -

• Take ownership of the end-to-end activity of monitoring the Driver app and GPS devices installation
• Ensure all the devices are in the upgraded version and it should not affect the operations.
• Confident in troubleshooting and investigating customers' real-time operational issues with respect to Basic software issues, Driver app.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
• Prepare regular reports of progress to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
