Hardware Technical Support Engineer
We are looking for a Hardware Technical Support Engineer to diagnose and resolve hardware and technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
Diagnose system, OS, networking, and peripheral issues.
Provide on-site/remote technical support to users.
Available for on-site or field visits.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Hardware/IT Support.
Good knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, and networking.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
IT/Computer Science qualification preferred.
Availability for field visits.
