Performed component-level hardware validation of smartphones including Display, RF Board, Wi-Fi,Bluetooth, Sensors,
Battery, and Camera modules during EVT/DVT/PVT stages.
Executed Display testing covering brightness, color uniformity, dead pixels, flicker, and touch responsiveness to ensure
panel quality.
Conducted Burn-in and reliability testing to identify early-life failures and validate hardware stability under continuous
stress conditions.
Performed RF board validation including signal strength verification, call performance, and network stability under different
test scenarios.
Executed Wi-Fi testing (connectivity, throughput, range, roaming, and stability) across multiple access points and
environments.
Conducted Bluetooth validation including pairing, connectivity, range testing.
Tested and calibrated Sensors (Proximity, Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Ambient Light, Fingerprint) for accuracy,
responsiveness, and consistency.
Performed MIS (Manufacturing Inspection/System) testing to ensure all hardware components meet production quality and acceptance criteria.
Identified and analyzed hardware failures using log analysis and physical debugging techniques.
Performed root cause analysis (RCA) using 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone methods for defect resolution.
Isolated issues at component/board level to differentiate between hardware, firmware, and integration problems.
Supported failure replication and validation of fixes during retesting cycles.
Executed test plans, test cases, and validation procedures for hardware components across multiple builds.
