Harness Assembler

Description:

Effectively perform a variety of light industrial manufacturing tasks for wire harness,

circuit board, and electronic assembly.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed production times
• Continuously complete assigned tasks and meet production goals
• Use the proper tool for each project
• Work in a team environment
• Acquire knowledge of all types and all sizes of harnesses
• Pay close attention to directions from Team Lead or others you work with
• Read blueprints and work instructions
• Understand and follow wire and weld diagrams
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have strong communication skills to communicate with other employee owners, team leads, and production supervisors.
• Basic math and computer skills
• Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a positive attitude with a customer appreciation mentality
• Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive work for long periods of time
• Attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
• Operate with a sense of teamwork
