What they need

Harness Design, Creo, Caterpillar , wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, electrical schematics, connector tables, BOMs, sensors, and electrical integration.
Experience: Electrical harness design for construction or mining equipment , including new product development and retrofit programs. A relevant bachelor’s degree is required; offshore team coordination and CAT harness design experience are preferred.
