JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Harvest Technician is responsible for supporting all aspects of the cannabis harvest process, including whole plant and fresh frozen harvests, post-harvest cleanup, plant labeling, waste logging, and final flower room preparation. This role ensures harvested products meet quality and compliance standards through detailed inspections, accurate documentation, and adherence to facility procedures and Arizona state regulations.

• Prepare cultivation space and hallway for harvest
• Carry out whole plant harvest
• Carry out fresh frozen harvest
• Assist with final defoliations in flower rooms
• Performs product inspection for irregularities, particulates and other contaminants
• Verifies that raw materials meet specifications
• Post-harvest clean up and room turnover
• Logging waste in accordance with facility procedures
• Ensure that plants get hung and labeled appropriately within the dry rooms
• Assist with compliance aspects within the harvest process including the recording and reporting of harvest weights

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma / GED or higher
• A minimum of (1) year of related cannabis experience
• Maintain clean, sanitary and organized work areas.
• Self motivated and the ability to multitask.
• An effective and persuasive communicator that constantly strives for simplicity and clarity. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform manual labor tasks required for the management of the grow
• Strong knowledge of the cannabis industry and the harvest process
• Strong leadership experience, with experience leading large teams
• Strong attention to detail

• Valid Arizona State Issued ID

JOB TYPE: Full-time
PAY RATE: $17 Hourly
