Harvester

Responsible for performing harvesting activities according to the instructions and standards set by the supervisor. Ensures that crops are harvested carefully to maintain product quality and minimize damage or waste. Handles, collects, and sorts harvested products properly while meeting daily harvesting targets and productivity standards. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned work area, follows company policies and safety procedures, reports work-related concerns to the supervisor, and performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual harvesting tasks.
• Willing to work in agricultural fields and under varying weather conditions.
• Hardworking, reliable, and responsible.
• Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including extended hours when necessary.
• Willing to be assigned to the designated work location.
• Previous harvesting or agricultural work experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to undergo company screening and pre-employment requirements.
