Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and arrange daily haulage operations efficiently
- Coordinate with drivers, ports, depots, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Liaise with the Shipping team for timely cargo collection and delivery
- Monitor truck maintenance, fuel usage, and petty cash
- Manage driver attendance, leave, and discipline matters
- Ensure operations meet productivity and profitability targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or haulage operations
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with drivers and operations teams
