JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Office of Science Outreach is seeking applicants for part-time job of Haunted-U Program Assistant.

Job duties to include:

• Haunted-U event support, including preparation and interacting with program participants.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and enthusiastic event culture
• Provide excellent customer service to event participants
• Assist with event set-up and clean-up
• Assist with supply organization and coordination
• Maintain a clean and professional workspace during the event
• Communicate with event organizers and coordinators
• Collect and provide event feedback
• Assist program presenters and volunteers
• Performing other duties as assigned

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR).
