Erster Ansprechpartner für die Bewohner und Mitarbeiter bei technischen Problemen
Wartung und Pflege der gesamten technischen Anlagen innerhalb und außerhalb der Einrichtung
Durchführung von Reparaturen auf den Wohnbereichen
Kontrolle und Überwachung der Einhaltung technischer Normen und Vorgaben
Organisation des Winterdienstes
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen oder handwerklichen Beruf bzw. Berufserfahrung
körperlich belastbar
Organisationstalent
Teamfähigkeit
Wir bieten:

1.400,00 € Bruttoentgelt
