Are you friendly, well-organized, and passionate about creating a welcoming experience?
Haven Spa is looking for a Receptionist cum Admin to be the warm first impression for our guests.
Your Role:
- Welcome guests and manage bookings
- Handle customer inquiries and payments
- Maintain reception area and daily records
- Assist with reports, inventory, and staff coordination
- Support management with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Friendly, professional, and well-presented
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Canvas, Capcut)
- Experience in spa, beauty, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
