Hazardous Materials Driver

CDL Equipment Driver responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to transport materials and hazardous waste between customer sites and company facilities while supporting environmental and industrial service operations.

Key Duties

• Operate CDL-equipped vehicles in compliance with safety, DOT, and environmental regulations.
• Transport materials and hazardous waste safely and securely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects and maintain vehicle readiness.
• Maintain accurate DOT logs and other required documentation.
• Load and unload materials using correct procedures and equipment.
• Follow strict safety and environmental procedures, including proper PPE use.
• Assist with on-site service tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid CDL and ability to safely operate commercial vehicles.
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of DOT requirements and recordkeeping (DOT logs).
• Ability to work safely around hazardous materials and follow procedures.
• Comfort with manual loading/unloading and on-site support tasks.
