HBC Clerk (Health & Beauty Care) – MegaMart La Habra

Position: HBC ClerkDepartment: Health & Beauty Care (HBC)Location: MegaMart La HabraEmployment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Position Summary

MegaMart is looking for a reliable and customer-focused HBC Clerk to assist with the daily operation of our Health & Beauty Care department. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while maintaining well-stocked, clean, and organized shelves.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and replenish HBC products, including personal care, health, beauty, and household items.
• Organize and maintain product displays and shelves.
• Check product prices, labels, and promotional signage.
• Monitor inventory and notify management when products need to be replenished.
• Assist customers with locating products and answering basic product-related questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable department.
• Check product expiration dates and remove expired or damaged merchandise.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing merchandise.
• Follow proper merchandising and stocking procedures.
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and operational policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the HBC Manager or Store Management.

Qualifications

• Previous grocery, retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.
• HBC/health and beauty retail experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred

• Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a supermarket or retail environment is preferred.

Schedule & Pay

Pay Rate: $16.90 / hourSchedule: 10AM-7PM or 1pm-10pmLocation: MegaMart La Habra
