What they need
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Creative Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, employer branding, or creative content.
- Creative and able to develop engaging HR and employer branding content.
- Familiar with social media platforms and digital content trends.
- Basic skills in Canva, graphic design, photography, or video editing are preferred.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Able to create content for job vacancies, recruitment campaigns, employee engagement, and internal communication.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with deadlines.
- Experience in hospitality or recruitment is an advantage.
