HC Driver and Labourer

360 Personnel is currently seeking experienced HR Drivers and Civil Labourers for ongoing opportunities in Forbes. This role is ideal for candidates looking for long-term casual work within the civil construction and road maintenance industry.

About the Role

This position is primarily focused on hands-on labouring duties within civil and road construction projects, including asphalt and road surfacing works. Successful candidates will be responsible for general site labouring, assisting construction crews, and supporting roadwork activities. You will also undertake occasional HR truck driving duties to transport materials, equipment, and tools between sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

• General civil and road construction labouring
• Assisting with asphalt and road surfacing works
• Site preparation, maintenance, and clean-up
• Operating hand and power tools safely
• Following site safety procedures and directions
• HR truck driving duties (for driver positions)
• Transporting materials and equipment between work sites

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Valid HR Driver Licence
• Silica Awareness Ticket
• Asbestos Awareness Ticket
• Previous civil, roadworks, construction, or labouring experience
• • Reliable transport and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Availability to commence ASAP
