HC Driver

About the role

Civil X Pty Ltd is a growing Adelaide-based civil construction company specialising in all aspects of earthmoving and civil works. We are seeking a reliable and motivated HC Driver to join our team based in Adelaide, SA, for an immediate start.

This role will commence as a casual position offering 30–40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, day shift), paying between $35.00-$45.00 per hour.

As a HC Driver, you will be responsible for driving trucks to various client sites and operating the tipper to transport and unload materials for civil construction and earthmoving projects. This is a great opportunity for a reliable driver looking to work with a growing civil construction company.

What you'll be doing

• Driving HC trucks to various client sites across Adelaide
• Operating tipper trucks to transport and unload materials as required
• Ensuring materials are delivered safely and efficiently to client sites
• Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns
• Working with the team to support civil construction and earthmoving projects
• Following all relevant workplace health, safety and environmental requirements

What we're looking for

• Current HC driver's licence
• Experience driving a manual vehicle with an Eaton gearbox
• Tipper truck experience highly regarded
• Civil construction experience highly regarded
• Available for an immediate start
• A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Commitment to safety and following safe work practices
