About the role

The HC Employee Data Support Associate is responsible for the efficient management of employee data, supporting HR processes, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the HR information system (HRIS) and providing accurate data for decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle data entry, data validation, and regular audits to ensure data integrity.
• Assist in the recruitment process by managing applicant data and coordinating interviews.
• Support the administration of employee benefits programs and respond to related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Generate reports and provide data analysis to support HR decision-making.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all data is accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the HRIS.
• Participate in system upgrades and testing to ensure smooth operation.
