HCA or CNA Needed for Elderly Private Home Care in Spokane, WA

We have a part time position available from 8am-6pm, 3 days a week, for one individual in her private home. Flexibility on scheduling days, not hours.

Duties

-Observe and monitor client closely and identify and document any changes in condition or behavior

-Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as mobility support, prepare/cook meals, light house cleaning, transfer to commode/peri care, etc.

-Facilitate patient transfers using proper methods while ensuring safety protocols.

-Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations and home healthcare standards

Requirements:

-Valid certification of HCA or CNA

-Complete a Background Check

-Identification

-Reliable Transportation

-Prior experience working with elderly individuals in home settings preferred

-Manual Hoyer experience preferred, but not necessary.
