HCC Medical Coder

Insight Global is seeking experienced HCC Risk Adjustment Medical Coders to support a large-scale Medicare Risk Adjustment initiative. This is a fully remote, high-volume seasonal opportunity ideal for coding professionals who thrive in a flexible work environment while maintaining strong quality and productivity standards.

This project is expected to run immediately through January 2027 , offering the opportunity to work full-time hours with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate HCC Risk Adjustment coding for Medicare and Medicaid populations.
• Review, analyze, and code medical records in accordance with ICD-10-CM and risk adjustment coding guidelines.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation capture through full-capture coding practices.
• Maintain established quality, compliance, and productivity standards.
• Consistently achieve productivity expectations of approximately 2 charts per hour .

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Risk Adjustment Coding experience .
• Strong experience with Medicare and Medicaid HCC coding .
• Experience with Full Capture Coding and ICD-10-CM coding methodologies.
• Active CPC or CCS certification through AAPC or AHIMA .
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy.
