About the role

We are seeking an experienced HCGA Manager to join our team in South Tangerang, Banten on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position that plays a pivotal role in managing human capital, governance, and administration functions. The HCGA Manager will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive HR operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing best practices in human resources management. This role reports directly to senior leadership and has a significant impact on organisational effectiveness and employee engagement across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all human capital functions, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and governance frameworks that align with organisational strategy and legal requirements
• Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, leave management and other HR administrative processes
• Lead recruitment initiatives and work with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent
• Manage employee performance reviews, training programmes and career development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws, regulations and industry standards
• Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
• Provide strategic HR advice to senior management on workforce planning, organisational structure and people-related challenges
• Foster a positive workplace culture and manage employee engagement initiatives
• Prepare and present HR reports, metrics and analytics to senior leadership

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a comprehensive HR management or HR consulting role
• Proven expertise in human capital management, employee relations, and HR administration
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and governance frameworks
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
• Experience in recruitment, talent management, and performance management is highly valued
• Project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
