HCGA Supervisor

Responsibility :

• Develop and manage annual HCGA work plans and budgets, with focus on Training & Development, L&D, OD, and employee performance programs.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop, implement, and evaluate training and employee development programs.
• Develop and monitor KPI and Performance Management processes, including target setting, performance evaluation, and improvement plans.
• Develop and maintain Job Descriptions, competency requirements, and career development frameworks.
• Support Organizational Development initiatives, including manpower planning, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Develop and review HR policies, procedures, and programs in line with organizational needs.
• Monitor and analyze training, performance, and development effectiveness and provide recommendations to management.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, management, training providers, and external parties to ensure effective program implementation and budget efficiency.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, focusing on Performance Management & Organizational Development.
• Experienced in KPI development, Performance Review, and Performance Appraisal systems.
• Strong background in Organizational & Learning Development, including training programs and E-Learning systems.
• Proven ability in developing Competency Dictionary (Kamus Kompetensi).
• Experience in tender support and HR budgeting is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong integrity.
• Placement in Head Office, Cilandak (South Jakarta).
