Kualifikasi
- Min. S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, Hukum, atau jurusan terkait
- Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai HRD/HRGA
- Memiliki komunikasi efektif, negosiasi, monitoring, mentoring
Fungsi Jabatan Utama:
- Mengawasi pelaksanaan kerja tim HCGA dan Legal agar berjalan optimal.
- Menyusun, mengevaluasi, dan mengimplementasikan kebijakan, SOP, dan laporan HCGA.
- Menjamin kelengkapan administrasi dan legalitas perusahaan.
- Menyelaraskan pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi SDM, GA, dan legal dengan kebutuhan strategis perusahaan
Tanggung jawab :
- Menjamin bahwa seluruh program dan aktivitas HCGA berjalan sesuai kebijakan perusahaan.
- Menjaga akurasi dan kelengkapan dokumen administratif dan legal perusahaan.
- Menjadi pusat koordinasi pengawasan semua lini kerja di bawah HCGA.
