HCIS Supervisor

• Manage daily HCIS operations and ensure system reliability and effectiveness.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of employee data.
• Maintain employee master data, organizational structure, positions, and employment status.
• Ensure employee lifecycle transactions such as joiners, transfers, promotions, mutations, and terminations are updated accurately and on time.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree's from reputable University, from any major
• Minimum 2 years in related field
• Proficiency in english both written or speaking
• Advance in Microsoft excel
• Familiar with HRIS especially Pro-Int
• Experiences to making the analytic reporting
• Focus on detail parameter & process
