Job Overview: -

We are seeking a skilled Sr. ServiceNow Developer with 7+ years of experience to join our HCL DRYiCE Product team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), including CMDB, and proven development skills in ServiceNow scripting and configuration.

B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related technical field or proof of exceptional skills in related fields with practical software engineering experience.

Required Skills & Experience: -

• At least 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience in the SecOps Domain would be highly desirable.
• Strong hands-on experience with: -
• - Third-party integrations.
• - Scripted REST APIs.
• - Import Sets.
• - Integration Hub.
• Work Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune & Noida.
• Work Mode: Remote or Hybrid Model.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Configure and customize core ITSM applications, including Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB.
• Configure and Maintain Discovery executions
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and Client Scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and support for ServiceNow applications.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.

Good to have:

• Exposure to IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery.
