Job Description:

As a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) you will be responsible for both technical design and development of our apps. As a senior engineer you'll be responsible for the mentoring of junior engineers in the skills needed for the future. Youll ensure the quality of software delivered across the team is high. You will be a champion for Software Engineering best practices and Center of Excellence standards within the lab and wider Bank. You will be working with the Team lead to design and develop solutions.

Encouraging the right culture is key and you will strive to promote a Fail Fast, Learn Faster approach within the team. You experiment with new ways of engineering and act as a change agent for the engineering and team culture. You will embrace a test and learn approach, with a focus on learning and continuous improvement.

• Strong Expertise in creating responsive UI's using React JS,.
• Great understanding of Microservices .
• Experience working in an Agile environment (e.g., Build tools, Static/Dynamic code analysis, CI / CD pipelines).
• Great logical reasoning, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a team spanning multiple locations.
