HCM Sales Consultant — Remote (Texas, Georgia, North Carolina)

With 25+ years at the forefront of professional services and HCM solutions, you're backed by their existing accounting, tax, benefits, and insurance relationships in market, giving you real warm doors to open on top of your own outbound.

What you'll do :

📞 Prospect and close new mid-market logos (50–500 employees)

🤝 Run the full sales cycle — discovery, proposal, negotiation, close

📈 Cross-sell into their broader service lines as you build your book

🎯 Own your pipeline, your numbers, your territory

What they're looking for :

✔️ 3+ years of full-suite HCM/payroll sales experience (outside B2B)

✔️ Track record of new-logo wins and quota attainment

✔️ Persistent, self-starting, thrives under pressure

✔️ Established network a plus

✔️ Bachelor's degree preferred
